The Balaya team has a broad track record of success

Balaya is managed by experienced and proven leaders. Co-founders Ian Bramson, Bob Nunnally, Tom McClain, and Jeff McChesney collectively bring almost 100 years of senior-level leadership to the company. The management team has successfully brought a number of information technology-based consumer products to life.

Bramson and Nunnally co-founded Balaya after several years with Toffler Associates®, the executive advisory firm founded by futurists Heidi and Alvin Toffler. While there, they honed their skills on understanding technology convergence and identifying emerging market opportunities for the Government and Fortune 50 companies.

Co-founders McClain and McChesney are proven entrepreneurs in the technology sector, having successfully founded or run more than 10 privately or publicly held companies.

The management team is supported by 12 proven and dedicated experts who assist with product development, market research, financial analysis, sales, patent assessment, and legal counsel.
